Outside the office, Regis is a fan of the 80/20 ratio rule to prioritise activities and remind him of his core passions, including travelling with his young family, catching up with a multicultural network of friends in London, and coaching junior team members at a local Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu academy. He applies the rule to live as productively as possible and make everything work in harmony.
