Tina supports individuals and teams to flourish, enabling them to move forward in ways they cannot imagine.

Throughout her career supporting individuals and organisations at times of transition or uncertainty, it is seldom the practicalities of the situation that are the issue.  There is the is surface level “what’s going on?” and then there is “what’s really going on?”. This is where feelings and emotions have a massive part to play.  This impacts our interactions and relationships with others and the ability to progress individually or as a team.

As an Emotional Wellbeing Career Coach her approach is open, engaging, holistic, empathic, and supportive. She provides a trusting space to focus, in a world full of time pressures and distractions. Tina helps clients reconnect with their true motivations and values, understanding what really makes them “tick”, as well as appreciating their full range of skills and capabilities.

Tina supports clients to translate their hopes and aims into clear goals and actions, enabling them to achieve a fulfilling and productive work life.

In her last role, as Head of an Interim Practice for a highly regarded boutique search firm, Tina worked with individuals within a range of industry sectors, including FTSE 100 organisations. She understands how culture, organisational change and transformation can impact individuals, and how events in our personal lives affect our perspective on our work and careers.

Experience: 30 years’ experience working within Executive Search and Human Resources. Tina is also a qualified Lecturer with experience delivering CIPD Courses and teaching young people aged 16+.

BA (Hons) Business Studies 2:1

Licenced Career Coach (CCS Core Skills Course in Career Coaching & Counselling accredited by the Association for Coaching),

MSc in Integrative Counselling and Coaching at UEL (2019-2021).  This course is unique and the only postgraduate course in the UK that offers integration of counselling and coaching practices.
